Rapid Response Servicing for Extruder Gearboxes

Dana Brevini is Baker Perkins’ approved, authorised gearbox service partner across all powder coatings and plastics extrusion applications.

Representing the Brevini® and PIV® brands in the UK, Dana offers full extruder gearbox aftermarket support to all Baker Perkins customers, with total support for all types and brands of industrial gearbox.

Working alongside Baker Perkins’ service engineers, Dana will collect the unit from the customer, then systematically dismantle it to assess the condition. Damaged components are replaced with genuine OEM parts, then the gearbox is rebuilt and tested to ensure noise, vibration and temperatures remain within tolerance.

With more than twenty years’ experience of servicing gearboxes from all sectors and manufacturers, the Dana Brevini team have a large pool of knowledge to draw upon. This is augmented by the support and technical expertise available from Baker Perkins at every stage of the service.
